ANIMAL NUTRITION TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE, ITALY

Our client, an international & innovative animal nutrition firm, seeks a Technical Sales Representative who contributes to business development with sales and by managing key accounts. The ideal candidate for this position has a solid technical knowledge in Animal Science and Nutrition, an excellent commercial orientation, superb interpersonal skills, and a well-developed business network throughout Italy. Our client seeks a candidate already based in the north of Italy, or is willing to do so.

Candidate Requirements:

  • DVM , BSc or MSc degree in Animal/Life Sciences, Animal Nutrition, Agriculture, or a or the demonstrated “on-the-job” knowledge gained in experience in the field
  • At least 3 years’ SALES experience in Feed / Animal Nutrition industry with documented success
  • Good technical background in both Ruminant and Swine nutrition and/or farm management
  • English and Italian: professional fluency required
  • Working knowledge of MS Office programs

Position Responsibilities:

Be responsible for sales and technical support activities in the assigned areas Deliver on commercial, sales and gross margin targets in the allocated areas.

Support the firm’s business development by seeking new business opportunities in the designated areas
Provide technical support and give speeches /presentations to customer audiences Help to set up and follow product trials at farm/industry level when necessary

NATIONAL SALES MANAGER – VETERINARIA, ITALY

Azienda leader nel settore é alla ricerca di un National Sales Manager per conto di azienda leader italiano del settore veterinario, la quale riporterá direttamente al Board Direttivo per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi generali e di profitto.
L’azienda é produttrice di prodotti rivolti a tutte le specie animali (sia compagnia che reddito), che spaziano tra il farmaco/parafarmaco, nutraceutica e biologico.
Ti occuperai della gestione della rete di agenti e veterinari sul campo, sarai responsabile dell’applicazione delle politiche commerciali compreso i tempi previsti per la realizzazione dei piani di sviluppo.
Viene richiesta esperienza sull’industria della salute animale in quanto dovrai conoscere il mercato e analizzarne le tendenze, valutare i prodotti della concorrenza, interpretando la situazione economica generale e formulando suggerimenti pertinenti.

REQUISITI:
– Laurea in veterinaria/Scienze animali, oltre a cui sarebbe favorita una specializzazione MBO (o specializzazione manageriale equivalente);
– Esperienza nel ruolo nell’industria della salute o della nutrizione animale;
– Fluent English;
– Disponibilitá a spostarsi sul territorio Nazionale.
